Privacy Policy

Effective: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Project S handles information in connection with this website and authorized integrations. Project S is an independent short-form media automation project based in Japan.

1. Information collected on this website

This website is designed to be minimal. Project S does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or account-registration cookies on this public site.

If you contact Project S by email, we may receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include. That information is used only to respond to the inquiry, maintain necessary records, and protect the service from abuse.

2. TikTok and other API data

Where a user or account owner authorizes an integration, Project S may access data made available through the relevant API permissions. Depending on the approved integration, this may include creative assets, campaign information, publishing-related data, and performance information.

  • API data is used only to provide or improve the authorized creative, campaign, publishing, and workflow functions.
  • Project S does not sell authorized API data.
  • Project S does not use authorized API data to build unrelated advertising profiles.
  • Access is limited to the permissions granted by the account owner and the capabilities approved by the platform.

3. Data retention and deletion

Project S aims to retain personal and authorized API data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable workflow, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or user-requested service. Where technically and contractually possible, data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

Requests concerning stored personal information or deletion can be sent to dev@shortformops.net.

4. Service providers and platform operators

Project S may rely on infrastructure or APIs provided by third parties, including hosting providers and social-media platforms. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Project S does not control third-party services.

5. Security

Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

This website and the Project S developer workflow are not directed to children. Project S does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this site.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Project S adds or changes integrations. The effective date shown at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
